China Intellectual Property Road Show

China IP Road Show

September 25, 2024 All-day event
James E. Faust Law Library
S.J. Quinney College of Law, Level 6
CLE credit available – Registration Required

USPTO will conduct a full-day, free program, one of a series of China IP Road Shows that the USPTO conducts across the country on Wednesday, September 25, 2024. At this program, experts from the U.S. government, IP attorneys, and local businesspeople will share insights on how U.S. rights holders can protect and enforce their IP in China and the United States. Topics typically include: how does the Chinese intellectual property system work, how to obtain intellectual property rights in China, how to enforce against infringers both in China and in the U.S. The Salt Lake City-area business owners and practitioners will learn up-to-date information on these issues by attending this program. Learn more about China IP events.

Looking forward to this, especially the Chinese roadshow. My company has been working on enforcement in China. It has been an uphill battle.
