Under normal circumstances, Hooplaza is an annual event where students are welcomed into the library to learn about the many services available to them. This year, Hooplaza will be a completely virtual experience starting on September 10th. The event will consist of short videos from various library department & services showcasing how they can help, but there’s a twist.

Hidden throughout the videos are letters that spell out a word. Find all of the letters, figure out the word, and you’ll be able to enter to win a new e-reader! Only current University of Utah students are eligible to win the prize, but anyone can watch the videos. Submissions are open through September 17th, after which a winner will be chosen randomly from the entries.
