Nov 09, 2021 GIS Drop-In Sessions in ProtoSpace
By Justin Sorensen
In-person GIS drop-in sessions have returned to ProtoSpace!
Conducted in Suite 2751 on Mondays and Tuesdays from 9:00am – 12:00pm, these sessions are a great opportunity to meet and discuss GIS projects you are developing, receive expert assistance, and learn more about the GIS services offered through the Marriott Library. Drop-in sessions are open to all University of Utah students, staff, and faculty working with or interested in GIS and require no appointment to attend. Simply bring a geospatial project or idea you are working on and any related questions you may have. You can even utilize our powerful lab computers designed with data computation and analysis in mind that contain a wide and growing variety of software programs (current and future lab equipment).
For the most up-to-date information on GIS drop-in sessions, please visit the GIS Services website for a complete list of upcoming dates / times.
Unable to attend these weekly drop-in sessions? Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered! You can still schedule in-person and virtual consultation appointments through the GIS Services website by navigating to the online scheduler.
Happy Mapping!
