Doody’s Core Titles publishes a “Doody’s Special Topics List” that brings together the top books on a given topic picked by content experts. In October 2023, Doody published a book list of Active Military & Veteran Health Care that librarians use to evaluate their collections and purchase new titles. Librarians Tallie Casucci and Alfred Mowdood used this list and their knowledge of the University of Utah research and clinical goals to purchase additional 28 titles for the U Libraries.
