Hillary Curd 

Hillary Curd is graduating this spring with degrees in Writing and Rhetoric Studies and History Teaching with a minor in Anthropology and a certificate in Technical Writing. She loved working in the Multimedia Archives of Special Collections in the Marriott Library, where she worked with the photograph collections. Her favorite part of working in the collections was looking at the old pictures from Utah’s past. Specifically, she enjoyed researching the members of the FIS 1950 World Cup Ski Team to accurately describe who was in the photographs. Hillary is heading to Seattle, but she will miss Utah and the Marriott Library. 

Henrik Gustafson 

Henrik is a fifth-year student at the University of Utah, graduating this summer with a BA in History and a minor in Modern Dance. He works in the Multimedia Division of Special Collections, primarily with photographs and patron requests. Henrik plans to move to Seattle after graduating with his husband, Jose, and their cat, Gustavo. He would love to continue working in archives in the future, whether in a library or museum setting. His favorite aspect of working in the library is getting to discover little pockets of history everyday through the artifacts in the Multimedia Archives.
