It has been an exciting couple of weeks as students, faculty, staff and the community have returned to the library. The building has never been so busy and we’ve taken the opportunity to table events and let people know all the K.W. Dumke Fine Arts & Architecture Library has to offer. At Arts Pass Dash we met students interested in studying with the College of Fine Arts and participated in their awesome scavenger hunt. At Library Fest we showcased items from our collections and entered students to win a new pair of headphones via a library drawing. It was wonderful to see everyone so thrilled to be back and excited for the semester.

These events were a great opportunity for us to share news and catch people up New items in the Materials Collection laid out for dispersal.on the services we offer. For example, over the summer we reorganized and refreshed the Materials Collection, rearranged furniture and seating in our space, and switched back to our previous model of allowing visitors to request Fine Arts items at the Knowledge Commons desk. We have new acquisitions for our collection and exciting new projects in the works, all of which we look forward to discussing in future posts. We very much look forward to seeing you in our space in the coming year and sharing in your academic interests and successes!
