At the most recent 2019 Jamf Nation User Conference, Richard Glaser presented on Jamf as a solution to successfully manage the Marriott Library’s Apple devices & services. The Jamf Nation User Conference is the largest gathering of Apple IT administrators.  “I covered our Apple infrastructure history, our road to Jamf Pro including integration, transition and current Jamf Pro infrastructure, ” explained Glaser. “Lastly, I did an overview some of our custom tools & methodologies that have developed & implemented with our Jamf Pro integration.”

Richard Glaser is currently the Marriott Library’s IT Manager over the Client Platform Services teams overseeing Apple, Microsoft, network and other client & server technology infrastructure. The video of his presentation is available here.

Richard Glaser has been doing Apple system administration & integration for more than 25 years. He was former Mac OS X Labs & MacEnterprise steering member projects that collaborated with Apple and multiple institutions from education, corporate, and government sector for sharing information and solutions to support Macs in an enterprise.
