Stress Buster Week Spring 2025: Helping Students Succeed

Stress Buster Week is a semi-annual event for students to help them de-stress before finals week. Organizations from across the University of Utah campus have joined together to provide a week full of resources. This year’s collaborators are:

  • Center for Campus Wellness
  • Feed U Pantry
  • UMFA
  • ASUU
  • Academic Affairs
  • Learning Center

Monday, April 21st

  • 10:00 AM, Free Bagels from the Marriott Library, Level 3
  • 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM, Hot Chocolate & Study Timers from the Center for Campus Wellness, Level 2
  • 12:00 PM – 1:30 PM, Play-Doh and Encourage-mints from Student Success Coaches, Level 2
  • 11:30 AM, Free Pizza from Mitzi Montoya, SVP for Academic Affairs & Sarah Shreeves, Alice Sheets Marriott Dean of Libraries, Level 3
