Jan 12, 2022 LEGOs in ProtoSpace
By Luke Leither
We are excited to announce the addition of thousands of LEGO pieces and a dedicated LEGO table to ProtoSpace for Spring 2022. The LEGOs were donated to the Fine Arts & Architecture Library by the Lassonde Studios and are now being made available in ProtoSpace for all our community to use. Not only are LEGOs a fun way to pass the time, they can also be used to facilitate hands-on design and creativity. We can’t wait to see what everyone builds together!
We have a wide variety of pieces that will be intermittently rotated and cleaned. We ask that all our visitors be responsible for washing their hands before use and keeping food and drink away from the blocks. Soon there will be a hand-sanitizing station in place to help reduce the risk of spreading germs between groups. Until then, you can make use of the many other stations placed around the library if needed.
You can find the LEGO table on the North end of ProtoSpace (level 2 of the Marriott Library) any time the building is open. Please come and build something today!
